About us
TRIVERRA Group is a partnership of entrepreneurs Markus Bodenmeier, Dr. Jochen Wondracek, and Volker Adler, who have set themselves the task of setting a new standard in the development of physical infrastructure for data centers buildings in Germany. Their goal is to develop data center properties for technology companies at selected locations using an integrated approach that is climate- and resource-friendly.
The partners have in-depth market knowledge, networks, and experience in the areas of data centers and battery storage, power grids and renewable energies, real estate and hybrid mass timber construction, financing and investments, as well as nature- and technology-based carbon capture. TRIVERRA Group's projects are considered holistically, involving experts from different fields from initiation to completion.
Leadership
Volker Adler played a key role in establishing the GOP theater group from 1994 and 2003 and the Chamäleon Theater in Berlin from 2004 to 2012 from construction, turn-around to management. As founder of a production company, he developed internationally successful live entertainment shows from 2006 to 2017. In 2014, he advised the founder of the Klimahaus and in 2015 the Global Social Business Summit with Nobel Peace Prize winner Prof. Muhammad Yunus. Since 2018, Volker Adler has been working in the real estate sector in collaboration with Dr. Wondracek. In 2020, he founded Hyperion Global Cities Inc. Volker Adler is responsible for strategy and management of TRIVERRA´s complex multi-domain projects.

Technical & Financial Engineering
Markus Bodenmeier is an electrical engineer and holds an MBA in business administration and economics. He co-founded companies in the fields of design and process automation and green data center architecture and developed data centers, including for Google in Germany. Markus Bodenmeier has held leadership positions in the communications and finance sectors. As a shareholder of enerpeak GmbH, Markus Bodenmeier is committed to the development of grid-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Europe to support the energy transition. He is also the initiator of a Rainforest Conservation Project in the Brazilian Amazon region. Markus Bodenmeier is responsible for the technical and financial execution of TRIVERRA´s projects.
Dr. Jochen Wondracek
Financing & Investments
Dr. Jochen Wondracek holds a Master of Commerce and a doctorate in business administration and political science. He is a former entrepreneur and founder of tech companies in Europe and California's Silicon Valley. He is co-founder of Prinz Karl Thurn und Taxis Management AG and Remmco International who are both active as advisors in real estate, finance, and M&A as well as asset management. Dr. Wondracek develops financial instruments to support large-scale investments in medicine and green energy. Moreover, he initiates carbon solutions, such as Direct Air Capture of carbon in data center. Dr. Wondracek is responsible for project financing and sales at TRIVERRA.
Markus Hasinger is CEO of TRIVERRA's general partner, Climate Endowment Management GmbH. With over 25 years of professional experience in the industry, Markus Hasinger has held various management positions at companies such as Compaq and HP. As a partner and COO of act to impact AG, he was involved in impact investing and asset management with a focus on significant CO₂ reduction. As managing director and CFO of NDC Data Centers GmbH, Markus Hasinger was part of the team that developed the Google Cloud Data Center in Hanau in a joint venture with Garbe Industrial Real Estate. He studied business administration at LMU Munich and holds a master's degree in marketing communication from BAW Munich.

Stephen Rotman is a Founding Partner of Figurr Architects Collective and TRIVERRA´s partner Hyperion Global Cities Inc., both based in Montréal. He has practiced architecture for firms in France, Britain, Canada and the United States over the past three decades. He has worked on various complex institutional projects, including community centers, schools, museums and libraries, many of which have become municipal landmarks. Stephen Rotman works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders through a participatory design approach to achieve distinctive solutions to their specific needs, integrating design, contextual and functional issues to create exceptional architecture.

Dr. Stefan Seipl is the founder of enerpeak GmbH that develops sophisticated battery energy storage systems (BESS). He is a former long-term E.ON top manager with a wealth of experience in the energy markets. As an entrepreneur, he has been driving renewable energy ventures, such as advancing one of Germany's largest Agri-PV projects. Moreover, he serves on multiple supervisory boards in the energy industry and beyond.

Markus Ghattas is the owner of London-based TRICONVEST, a consulting firm offering advice and management on business solutions. TRICONVEST partners and offers services to clients from the private and public sector with products in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Project Financing, and Family Office Services. Markus Ghattas was previously a legal counsel at a reputable German Pharmaceutical Company.
Dr. Michael Schmidt
Carbon projects
Dr. Michael Schmidt is a geoecologist and holds a doctorate from the German Aerospace Center (DLR). He uses SAR data to map biomass in the Amazon region. He worked in Mexico for over 10 years on building a national system for monitoring land use change and biodiversity with satellite data and large-scale in situ sensors. Dr. Schmidt is the founder of biometrio.earth, a leading expert in the field of biodiversity, and a consultant for carbon standards.

With approximately 250 employees and three production sites, Holder GmbH is one of Germany's largest surface coating companies. It offers extensive experience and expertise in the surface treatment of aluminum materials and the corrosion protection of iron components for automobiles. Innovations are achieved through in-house development work and close cooperation with various research institutes. Increasing demands in high-tech markets such as the automotive industry or aerospace can be met by highly qualified specialists with expertise and years of experience. Hyperion Global Cities Inc. is a Montréal-based company that develops a building platform for serial mass timber construction.
